SNAP Benefits - Federal Shutdown

November SNAP benefits will be delayed due to the ongoing federal government shutdown. Unspent SNAP benefits issued prior to the shutdown will remain available for use. Customers can check existing balances by visiting EBT Edge or calling (866) 281-2443. Applications will still be accepted and processed, but benefits will not be available until federal funding resumes. Food resources can be found by visiting Nevada 211.org. The Division of Social Services (DSS) is working closely with the Governor's Office, other state agencies and community partners on additional food resources and will provide information as it becomes available.
