Subgroups

Subgroups enable service providers and advocates to work together across regions on specific issues affecting Nevada's crisis care continuum. They allow collective analysis, planning, action, and coordination of efforts to occur at a deeper level than is possible in full Coalition meetings.

Current subgroups are aligned with the four key pillars outlined in SAMHSA's National Guidelines for a Behavioral Health Coordinated System of Crisis Care: Someone to Contact, Someone to Respond, A Safe Place for Help, and Essential Principles and Practices that support all aspects of the crisis care system. Additional subgroups may be established based on guidance from Coalition membership.
