Effective communications can build and sustain broad-based awareness and support for 988 and the crisis response system. Engaging a range of community stakeholders allows crisis response providers and partners to tailor communication plans to local needs, understand how well current systems are working, identify opportunities to enhance services, and achieve positive health outcomes.
